Huesman leads Chattanooga over Indiana St. 34-14

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) Jacob Huesman accounted for three touchdowns and Chattanooga forced three turnovers to beat Indiana State 34-14 in the second round of the FCS playoffs Saturday.

Chattanooga (10-3), playing in its first playoff since 1984, moves on to face top-seeded New Hampshire (11-1) in the quarterfinals next weekend.

Huesman threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Tommy Hudson with 2:00 remaining in the second to give the Mocs a 21-7 halftime lead. He also had a pair of touchdown runs in the first and third quarter.
