He was 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA in the playoffs, earning victories in the Royals' wild-card win over the A's and in Game 3 of the AL Championship Series against Baltimore.
Analysis: The 37-year-old right-hander was acquired from Texas in July and went 3-0 with a 1.53 ERA in 23 games for Kansas City. He was also a veteran presence for a young clubhouse as the Royals made the postseason for the first time since 1985 and lost to San Francisco in a seven-game World Series.

Analysis: Frasor was 1-1 with a 3.34 ERA in 38 appearances this season, his second in Texas. He spent nine seasons with Toronto (2004-12), returning to the Blue Jays after being traded to the White Sox in July 2011 and finishing that season in Chicago.
